Raw Hot Tomato Soup

1. 1 Tomato
2. 1/4 Avacado
3. 1 stalk celery heart
4. 1 clove gralic
5. Little piece of Ginger
6. 1 tsp Coriander seeds ( You can use freshly ground powder too)
7. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds ( You can use freshly ground powder too)
8. Salt to taste
9. 2 Tsp Coconut butter

Blend all the ingredients with hot water.Keep a thick consistency.

Serves:2 small bowls.

Raw/Steamed Pumpkin Seed Thai Sauce Curry.

Ingredients for the Sauce.
1. 1/2 cup Soaked Pumpkin Seeds.
2. 1/4 Jalapeno Pepper.
3. 1 clove Garlic.
4. 5 Sprigs Parsley.
5. Salt to taste.
6. 1 Tbsp Flax oil.
7. 1 Tbsp Coconut oil.
8. 1 cup Hot Water.

Preparation of Sauce:
Blend all and pour in a deep dish.

Ingredients for curry:

1. 10 florets of Cauliflower (Steamed/Raw)
2. 2 leaves of Collard (cut into ribbons)
3. 1 BottleGuard(Turai) (cut into small cubes)
4. 1 Potato ( cubed and steamed)
5. 5 Mushrooms (Steamed/Raw)
6. 4 Baby Corns
7. Few strips of Red Pepper.

You can basicaly add any vegetables of your liking.
Pour the vegetables into the sauce and mix well. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

You can eat this with rice or alone.

ChickPea (Chana) Hummus


1. 2 cups sprouted Chick Peas (If you are not raw, you can steam them for 10 minutes).
2. 3 teaspoons Tahini. (Paste of Sesame/Til and Oil)
3. 1 teaspoon Lemon juice.
4. 1 clove Garlic.
5. 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder.
6. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne.
7. Salt to taste.
8. 1/4 cup water.

Blend all ingredients.

Place Hummus in a bowl on a flat dish in the center.Pour some olive oil and garnish with parsley , canyenne.
Cut vegetables of your choice, like, carrots,cauliflower,broccoli, zuchhini, cucumber, celery in the desired shape.
Arrange them beautifully around the hummus bowl.

Quick n Healthy Raw Hot Soups

After buying Vita mix, being on raw food has become so much easier and more fun. I am so glad I finally made a decision to buy it after going raw an year back. If you are unable to decide about it, my suggestion is go for it. You will avoid much mental agony of cooked food cravings, of the tension of what to make now , where to get recipes from. You will automatically invent recipes on your own after buying and using this wonderful device, Vita Mix.

Now coming to raw soups. I use hot water. Blend all ingredients together just before eating. You don’t have to chop vegetables to put into vita mix. So it takes only max 1 minute of blending !!.

1. Pumpkin seed soup

Main Ingredient: Soaked Pumpkin seeds
Spices : Tamarind, Curry powder, Sambar powder, Garlic, Parsley, Sea Salt.

2. Beet Root Soup

Main Ingredients : Beet Root (2), Pulp from any nut milk (1/4 cup), 1 medium Tomato.
Spices : Tamarind, Garlic, Sea Salt.

3. Spinach Zucchini Pumpkin Seed Soup

Main Ingredients : 2 handful of spinach leaves, 1 small zucchini, 2 Tbsp soaked pumpkin seeds.
Spices : Salt n Pepper/few sprouts of raddish.

4. Cabbage Soup

1/4 Cabbage, 1 Tbsp Coconut Butter, 1/2″ ginger, Salt to taste.
Blend with hot water.

5. Bell Pepper Soup

1 Orange/Yellow Bell Pepper, 8 Soaked Hazelnuts, 1/2″ ginger, Salt to taste, 1 Tsp Olive oil.
Blend with hot water.

Raw Vegan Non Soy Nut Seed Mozzarella

I love this mozzarella on the pizza (raw or unbaked pan bread). You can let it sit for a few hours to a day, to get a fermented taste, but I prefer the fresh one.


Base :
1. 10 Macademia nuts.
2. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds.
3. 1/2 teaspoon Dill seeds.(Optional)
4. 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
5. 1 clove Garlic.
6. 1/2 a Lemon’s juice. (You can also use vinegar if you like)

1. Soak nuts and seeds overnight.

2. Blend all ingredients adding water to get the desired consistency.

This time I will try making thin flat round pieces by spreading it on dehydrator sheet to see if it looks like the mozzarella in the store !!

Meal Sugestion: Looks and tastes great on pizza !

Pecan Goji Bliss

This is the quickest dessert I have ever invented 🙂

1. 1 cup soaked pecans.
2. 1/2 cup soaked goji berries.
3. 2 teaspoons soaked chia seeds.
4. 1 tablespoon agave nectar.

Blend pecans and berries together. Transfer to a bowl. Add agave nectar and chia seeds.
And your are done !!.

Makes: 1 bowl of dessert
