Pizza with Raw toppings

1/2 tomato, 1/2 cup sprouted moong ,2 big lettuce leaves ,1 green chilli, 2 stems of Cilantro (kothimbir), 1/2 onion

Chop them in a chopper. Do not grind them to a paste, keep it coarse.

Add salt,turmeric,1 tea spoon olive oil, 1 tea spoon garlic paste.

Make more than usual thick roti , let it cook slowly on medium flame.

spread the paste on it.

and savour it like a pizza.
