Banana Squash Smoothie

Ingrediants

1.Banana squash
2.Sugar
3.Dates
4.Cashews
5.Milk

Procedure

Steam a banana squash for 15 minutes.

Make a smoothie of it, along with sugar to taste,dates,cashews and just enought milk to give a smoothie.

Refrigerate for some time.

Eat cold.

Its yummmmmmy.
