Rice Salad

1 cup cooked brown rice.

2 big lettuce leaves,5 red cabbage leaves. 1/2 avocade mashed.

1 teaspoon raw walnut pieces.Tuscan salad dressing, 1 teaspoon.

Cut cabbage and lettuce to medium size pieces.

Mix all and savour with a spoon.

 serves one.

Cooking brown rice:

soak brown rice in cold water for an hour.Rinse before and after soaking.

Steam it for 30-45 minutes by adding 1.5 times  water.
