Sweet and Sour Tamarind Chutney


1/2 cup tamarind
4 dates
1/4 cup jaggery
1 TBSP black pepper powder
1 tsp rock salt

Soak dates.
Boil tamarind in 1 cup of water until the water reduces to 1/2 cup.
Strain and transfer the tamarind water into a blender.
Add all ingredients and grind.
