Vegan Koshimbir


Ingredients for koshimbir


1. Chop mushroom,cucumber,pepper, carrot,beans into tiny pieces
2. Chop spinach finely
3. Blend Tahini,lemon juice,garlic and water
4. Add all ingredients.
5. Add salt

Garnish with parsely and refrigerate for 15 minutes.


Makes 2 bowls of cool soup. Sufficient for 2 people as part of lunch.
