Ingredients(Measurements)
1. 1 raw (green) mango.
2. 1/2 cup groundnuts.
3. 1 tablespoon dry coconut powder/ freshly grated coconut.
4. 1/4 teaspoon asaefoetida.
5. 2 red chillies.
6. 1 tea spoon fenugreek seeds.
7. 1 table spoon oil.
8. 1 teaspoon Jaggery powder.
9. Salt to taste.
Preparation
1. Grate mango
2. Blend groundnuts, asafoetida,chillies,fenugreek seeds,jaggery,salt,coconut.
3. Mix grated mango, the above mixture and oil.
4. Optionally give dry mustard seeds,cumin seed tadka.
Serves :4
Tips: Eat with jicama-coconut rice or as a side dish.
