1 Head Cauliflower
2 bunches parsley
1 Big Onion
Lemon juice, salt and oil to taste
1. Tear Cauliflower into small florets
2. Process remaining ingredients in a food processor or chop very fine.
3. Mix all with lemon juice, salt and oil to taste.
4. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. It will form a gravy with the juices from the veggies.
Serves 4 if eaten with steamed rice. Serves 2 if eaten as is.
