Ingredients(Measurements)
Mix:
1. 1 Avocado
2. 1 teaspoon ginger powder
3. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
4. A pinch of chunky chat masala
5. Salt to taste
Paan :
1. 8 Rainbow chard leaves
2. 8 long green beans
Preparation
Mix:
Blend or smash with hands following: avocado, ginger powder, asofaetida, salt, chunky chaat masala
Paan :
Cut the thicker part of each leaf of Rainbow Chard.
Spread a portion of avocado mix on the leaf, fold and tie with one long bean.
