Ingredients
Potatoes – 5 nos. medium sized
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 handful
Fresh mint leaves – 5-6 leaves
Olives – 7 nos.
Spices as per the taste
Preparation
1. Peel and wash the potatoes
2. Cut them in French Fries style.
3. Transfer them to the steamer.
4. Chop the coriander and mint leaves in small pieces and add them to the potatoes
5. Add spices to taste
6. Add ketchup and mix all the ingredients together so that all the potato pieces are covered with the spices.
7. Steam for 45 min.
Serving
Transfer the cooked potatoes to the dish, add oil and garnish with fresh mint leaves and olives. Serve hot.
