Potato Cualiflower

 

Ingredients

 

Cauliflower – 1 no.

Potatoes – 3 nos.

Fresh or freeze green peas – 1 small cup

Fresh coriander leaves – 1 handful

Spices as per the taste

 

Preparation

 

1. Wash and cut the cauliflower in medium pieces.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut in medium pieces.

3. Defreeze the green peas

4. Transfer them to the steamer.

5. Add spices, ketchup, chopped coriander leaves and mix it all together and steam for 45 min.

 

Serving

 

Transfer the contents to a bowl, garnish with fresh mint leaves and vegetable butter. Serve hot.
