Lemonade Beet Tarragon

Ingredients(Measurements)

1 Beet
3 teaspoons of chopped Tarragon
3 table spoons of lemonade

Procedure

Cut the beet into 1/2″ pieces
Pour lemonade in a bowl
Add 1/4th teaspoon of olive oil
Add chopped tarragon and beet pieces
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour
Serve chilled.
