1. 4 leaves of kale
2. 1/2 avocado
3. 6 cherry tomatoes
4. 2 stems of green onion
5. 2 teaspoons oil
6. 1 pinch of crystal salt
Chop kale (only leaves, not the stem) into 1 cm pieces.
Put in a bowl and massage with oil, until the leaves become tender.
Add pinch of crystal salt, and massage again until the leaves become little more tender.
Mix avocado and massage lightly so that some pieces of avocado remain, and some are smashed.
Add diced tomatoes,chopped onion stems.
