Jicama Coconut Rice


1. 1/2 Jicama.
2. 1 cup dry Coconut powder.
3. Salt to taste.
4. Dash of lemon juice.
5. Dash of grated ginger.
6. Dash of lemon zest.
8. Dash of agave nectar.
9. Dash of Nama Shoyu/Tamari (Soy sauce).
10. 1 teaspoon oil.
11. 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds (optional)

1. Grate jicama to a texture similar to rice.
2. Add all ingredients mixing thoroughly.
3. Let it sit for 30 minutes or more before serving

Serves :2
Tips: Eat with raw mango chuntey or as is.
