Fresh Corn with Peas

  

Ingredients

 

Freeze corn – 2 bowls

Freeze green peas – ½ bowl

Fresh coriander leaves – 1 handful

Carrot – 1 no.

Spices as per the taste

 

Preparation

 

1. Defreeze the corn and peas.

2. Add spices, chopped coriander leaves and Ketchup.

3. Mix it all together.

4. Steam for 15 min. or serve fresh.

 

Serving

 

Transfer the contents to the dish, add oil and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and long sliced carrot.
