Protein Rich Wild Rice

Ingredients:

Rice:
1. 1 cup wild rice
2. 1/4 th cup Peas
3. 1/4th cup Beans
4. 1/4th cup Moong sprouts
5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
6. 1 teaspoon oil.

Salad:
1. 1/2 onion
2. one lemon cucumber
3. 4 romine hearts leaves

Preparation:

Rice:
1. Cook wild rice
2. Mix all ingredients with salt to taste.

Salad:
1.Peel onion layers and cut the layers into big pieces.
2.Cut same size pieces of cucumber.
3.Arrange them with romaine heart leaves (uncut) in a dish.

Mouth watering nutritious wild rice with salad is ready.
