It has taken me long time to discover the best way to make berry smoothies. I had tried juicing them which resulted in wastage of most of its contents. I had tried blending it first with water, straining it and then adding fruits like mango or banana. It tasted ok. But today I made this recipe and it was super delicious!
Blackberries or Raspberries 1 pound
Coconut water 1.5 cups
Vanilla powder 1/2 tsp
Blend and strain.
Add 2 TBSP of maple syrup.
If you do not have maple syrup try honey or cane syrup or agave nectar.
