1 â…“ cups raw Brazil nuts soaked overnight
Â¼ cup lemon juice
4 Tbs. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tsp. salt
Grind the above with 1/4 cup water in a food processor to fine consistency. Add the below ingredients and mix well and serve.
5 Tbs of herbs of your choice finely chopped. I put parsley, rosemary, oregano, basil.
Â½ tsp. ground black pepper
If you want it warm, dehydrate it or put in the oven at lowest temperature until warm.
