Dips Parsley Pesto August 27, 2014 1 Comment This is my favorite pesto. Parsley two bunches, lemon juice to taste, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Grind these together in a grinder. Add pine nuts at the end and grind coarsely. Works great as a spread on bread or with rice.
