This is one of the traditional Khichdi recipes of Sago. Soak it overnight with just enough water to cover. Make sure to soak them in a broad pan such that only one layer of pearls is spread.
In the morning, boil 2 potatoes, peel of skin, mash into chunks.
Heat a pan, roast cumin seeds, add sago, potatoes, ground roasted pea nut powder, coconut oil and cover and let it simmer on very low heat. Cook until the sago pearls turn transparent.
Serve with a slice of lemon.
