1. 1 cup sprouted Qunioa (Soak quinoa for an hour and then rinse and drain every 8 hours until it sprouts).
2. 2 small Potatoes chopped and steamed (Am using them steamed in this recipe. If you are 100% raw you can do away with potatoes).
3. 1 cup finely chopped Cilantro.
4. 1 Tomato chopped.
5. 1/2 Onion chopped.
10. Salt, pepper and coconut oil to taste.
11. 1 tsp of lime juice.
Mix all ingredients together. If you live in cold countries you can keep the bowl in a steamer for 2-3 minutes at low steam to warm it up.
