Bitter Fruit with Honey & Almond

 

 

Ingredients

 

Sliced Bitter Fruit – 1 small bowl

(Orange, Kiwi, Pineapple, Green apple, etc)

Honey – 1 Tea spoon

Almond Powder – 1 Tea spoon

 

Preparation

 

1. Slice the fruit in small pieces, sprinkle the almond powder on it and top it up with 1 spoon of honey.

2. Eat it 5-10 min. after drinking the Honey-Lemon water.
